All clients are in control of all funds for the duration of the build. No lump sums of cash will be asked for during the build of the extension.

• All tradesman are all vetted and qualified and clients will receive certificates for all electrical and plumbing.

• During the build, building control [ council ] will inspect the work as normal and building control will inspect the work from start to finish of the extension and the client will receive the pass certificate as normal.

• Our company will be responsible for all duration of the build with insurance guarantees.
